President Buari has signed the 2018 budget into law. He signed the budget in his office this morning in the presence of some members of the executive and legislature.
The total figure of the 2018 budget is N9.12trillion as against the initial estimate of N8.6 trillion which he presented to the National Assembly in November last year.

Actually, the Nigerian budget runs from May - April but it's still late anyway

* Slashed allocation to Enugu Airport Terminal Building from N2b to N500m

* Slashed Unity School security by N3b

* Slashed allocation to Health by N7.45b

* Slashed allocation to UN building security from N4b to N100m

* Slashed allocation to 2nd Niger Bridge, Manbila Power project, East-West Road, Lagos-Ibadan Express Road, Bonny-Boddo Road in Rivers State and Itakpe-Ajaokuta Rail project by a whopping N11.5b.
