I see these folks as people who can't maintain their religion privately. By the constitution, who is a muslim or a christian? If i get bursted as a muslim by a state hisbah (sharia police) and then renounce islam for another faith along the line, what happens to my constitutional right of freedom of faith? Islam is now like a jurisdiction. |
