Ekiti people make me marvel............It's obvious that this Man called Fayemi is here on a vendetta mission..... simple

Every speech, body language and gesture of Fayemi himself and his wife have shown is that of dissent and consistent use of revenge words.

Fayose's mistakes in the last four years are very specific;

1, Non-payment of salaries for at least 5 months- Major mistake(Osun State adopted the half salary model which is more human)
2, Sheer Greed- All contracts and capital projects cornered by him and his stooge, request of kickback from LG Chairmen, house of assembly members and also contractors. He failed to build people and give them opportunity for thier own space.
3, Bad listening skill-Fayose is a bad listner and believes he knows all things all his appointees silently resent him for not allowing them space within thier jurisdiction.
4, Rural development- Apart from the dualisation/ street light construction of Ijero,Efon Alaaye,Ilawe, Omuo Ekiti, Ikole, Ikere, Aramoko etc. No visible rural projects can be seen outside Ado Ekiti and Ikere Ekiti.
5, Over Taxation-Organisations in Ekiti.

Fayose/Eleka Achievements

1, The total urbanisation and beautification of Ado Ekiti and Ikere Ekiti. Both towns are now cosmopolitan and there is an evident urbanisation in the towns with influx of the youth population in both cities. Some Ekiti State night clubs now boast of sales of over N3M-N5M for weekends only which is unprecedented in its history. Clubs like Spelendor, KSSD, Prosperous, Midas, Delight, Spectacles record good sales and patronage.

2, Security- Fayose's main achievement in the last four years is relative peace. He passed the anti-open grazing law and effected it with rangers and local hunters reporting directly to him. He was the first governor to pass the law on the anti-cultism bill which gave a sentence of life imprisonment and death to cultist in the state, this was a fall-out of he gruesome murder of a 300 level student in EKSU. However, political killings have been experienced since May 2018 which is putting a damage on the reputation of the police.

3, Youth participation-The thrust of fayose's government is youthful. Give it to him, Fayose is charismatic. If you meet him personally for the first time he is mien is dis-arming and most of the youth population like him for that. He is loved amongst drivers, okada riders, teachers and the down trodden.

In my own view, Fayemi has nothing spectacular to offer, Although his first term was excellent as per rural infrastructure, the resources were far more than accrued during Fayose's tenor.

it's just easy for him to castigate Fayose for not paying salaries for Five months but can he advise his counterparts in Kogi, Ondo, Osun, Oyo, Kwara and Benue to do same.

An example is if Fayemi resumes as governor and meets an empty treasury will he use his personal money to pay outstanding salaries ? He knows he has more access to the Federal influence and finances and wants to make promises on sentiments. He knows people are temporarily impoverished and is using salary payment as bait for fayose's regime. He is also not objective.

My instincts just tells me Ekiti people will forever regret this move if Fayemi is given the opportunity to rule once again.

He's just out for revenge.

Even as a Minister, FAYOSE did not have anything to show for it not to talk of being Governor of Ekiti state again

How can Fayemi promise MDGs projects when such ended in 2015? My world, and this guy is supposed to be an 'intellectual'?

Look at campaign promises. No roadmap, no plans, no blueprint, all propaganda. How ill you pay salaries? How will you manage state resources differently? Aside tax and loans, what other ways are you are you going to exploit to increase state IGR? All his statements are classic APC traits.
