The land has had it face,
caressed by what it has not experienced for such a long time;
Blood flowing like a river.

And it delicate body
will soon be broken up
For a purpose it has not known
for long; Mass Grave.

The sky has been made to see
What naturally should be hidden from it;
Brain tissue splateted all over
Intestines hanging out....

The swam of flies are smelling
What they have not smelt for long;
The scent of open of corpses
Like a feast prepared for them.

The health centers are overwhelmed
With patients they 've not seen for long
Bearing various degrees of injuries
In various parts of their body.

And what is the cause of all this?
Some crazy herdsmen considers
The survival of their animals
Of more important than humans

Thus going about with reckless abandon
Destroying human means of survival.
And all their grand patron could do
Is to tell the people to give up their rich farmlands.

A sheer act of cowardice
Attacking in the dead night
Lynching the innocent deep their sleep
With securities at watch.

There is a cry out of the land of plateau,
Not a cry for justice nor peace
Nor by those this evil have seen
It is a cry from the blood shed for an even blood shed.

Those whose loved ones were massacred,
Are wishing for an opportunity to get even.
Wounds that has been trying to heal
Has been torn again with salt added.

Winter is coming,
the wind is already blowing
Carrying the rumors far and wide.
There is great fear of what it brings.

#Plateau_Mourns.
