This country can't move forward if some governors continue to depend on the centre for survival.

I propose that any state that can't pay salary should cease to be a state and be merged with closest state that is doing fine or better still we should go back to regional govt plus each region should eat from her sweat

This is a tactical move by Federal Govt to delay allocation to States with a view to preventing Fayose from spending Ekiti allocation on Gubernatorial election. Smart move!

When you deal with governors then it the state salaries that would be affected not federal, although I have not seen any alert from FG but some other federal establishments have seen
