please nairalanders i need your help i use to fear a lot especially when someone shout at me like we want to fight i will start to fear even if i can beat the person the other one is when am playing football with friends i use to play very well but when it comes to match i will be afraid i mean serious fearness i will not even know what to do with the ball what i notice is when someone shout that is when it use to come most please how can i stop this fearness
