Don't be deceived majority of those in the rally are those seeking employment all over the state. He invited the applicant for interview on getting there, it was rally galor and later promise to message them. So don't be deceived with the crowd, most of them do not have PVC. He himself knows that if he did not use that method it will be a disgrace to have scanty people in the rally. He also declared public holiday to have workers available.
