Brakes and Shocks is looking for a highly-motivated, relationship-focused, results-driven sales and business development lead . The ideal candidate is passionate about turning strategic plans into practical business opportunities resulting in revenue and will have a proven track record of doing so in the past.

Working out of our Lekki office as part of the Sales and Business Development team, you will be responsible for helping build out our B2B team while leading efforts to identify new partnerships and opportunities to land and expand Brakes and Shocks services!
Responsibilities
oBe the first sales lead on our newly created B2B team
oBuild a book of business that — thanks to you — loves working with Brakes and Shocks, it's people and it's platform
oOwn the acquisition and engagement process for high value customers
oIdentify partnership opportunities and lead all aspects of deal execution
oCreate results driven plan with focus on revenue generating prospecting activity
oAchieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
oProactive management and ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle
oCollaborate cross-functionally with our operations, product, and digital marketing teams to improve the quality of our value proposition
oConfidently present to c-level executives

Requirements
oBachelor’s degree in business administration or similar. MBA a plus.
oMinimum 3 years of business development and/or sales experience in high-growth startup environment
oProven ability to roll up your sleeves and directly execute against rapid, lasting sales goals
oPrevious outbound/cold-calling and closing experience is a must, with extra credit for experience in the automotive and/or e-commerce industry
oExceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to clarify and summarize complex issues in all forms: written, conversational, negotiations, and presentations
oSelf starter with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
oUnwavering focus on delivering customer delight
oWillingness to travel
We pay N75,000 base salary and other attractive commission. Beyond that, we offer an opportunity to build something meaningful.
