Time and time again the supreme court has shown that it does not engage in emotions. They always interprete the law as it is. I don't want this write up too long. But time and time again whether it is Atiku vs Obasanjo or PDP vs Ali Modu-Sherriff or now Saraki vs CCB. They always stand up for the law without emotions

Think about this chronology of events:

1. CCB charges Saraki and drags him before the CCT

2. Saraki appears before the CCT but then challenges the jurisdiction of the CCT at a higher court and even challenges number of Judges available on the CCT Bench

3. The appeal on the Jurisdiction of CCT goes all the way to the Supreme court

4. The Supreme rules against Saraki saying the CCT has jusridiction on the matter and is correctly constituted

5. The matter comes back to the CCT and trial continues on 18 count charges against Saraki
6. prosecution fails to provide hard evidence to nail Saraki and defence enters a "no case" submission

7. The same CCT that Saraki was challenging upholds the "no case" submission of the defence team and accuses the prosecution of relying on heresay. Saraki is Acquitted by the CCT.
8. The CCB appeals the matter and appeal court decides that Saraki has a case to answer on 3 out of the 18 count charge and refers the matter back to the CCT

9. Saraki/Dafence appeals the appeal court judgement at the Supreme Court. The Supreme court upholds the first decision of the CCT that the prosecution was relying on heresay.

10. Case Closed as Saraki is acquitted!

twice this matter was refered to Supreme court it initially ruled against Saraki/Defence team but later rules in favour of Saraki/Defence team. On both cases all I see is sound judgement from the Supreme Court based on sound interpretation of the law.

Let no one fool you with speculations of machinations, corruption or innuendo. The Supreme Court always stands up for what is right. Those who were against Saraki fought hard to take him down. While Saraki fought hard to defend his name. In the end the rule of law won!

This is a victory for the rule of law and the Supreme Court!

This was why bubu wanted his man at the supreme court. If not for public outcry, Onoghene would have been forcibly retired.

It was a Political witch-hunt, after all the dullard in Aso Rock has not even declared his assets and if he has, he has refused to show the public and does not even show the public what disease he is suffering from and even though his own personal diseases is treated with our money, refused to tell us how much he has spent.

Such a useless Presidiot. But was pursuing Saraki up and down. He has finally failed as APC is fragmented into factions.

The guy hijacked all their plans from Day 1, and altered their planned configuration. Once in PDP, always a PDP DNA.

Instead of relying on a Positive impact on the population for re-election ...APC hoped to win by Witch hunts that have cost the country Billions of Naira.
