With a general election looming next year, Global Questions travels to Lagos in Nigeria, one of the fastest growing cities in the world and the most populated in Africa. they were there to explore how African youth are mobilizing to raise political awareness.

In an historic move President Buhari has signed the Not Too Young To Run bill to reduce the age limit for political office. Are the young people of Africa now set to make their mark politically, economically and culturally - and what kinds of social change do they want to bring about to become a force for the future?

The panel is chaired by Zeinab Badawi, and includes Aminu Tambuwal, Governor of Sokoto State; Samson Itodo, Executive Director of Youth Initiative for Advocacy Growth & Advancement; Ayisa Osori, Lawyer & Author; Obiageli Ezekwesili of the Africa Economic Development Policy Initiative; and Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, TV presenter.
