I have heard some strange stories about some women getting pregnant while menstruating. Naturally and scientifically it looks impossible because pregnancy can only occur when the spermatozoa of the man meet the egg of the woman. Egg release can only occur during ovulation, menstruation is the shedding of non fertilized egg including the shedding of the endometrial lining. These situations are very non condusive for pregnancy to occur.
So my answer straight forward is no, however I believe that there could be some surge of hormones that can cause the woman to bleed after she is pregnant, example is what we call implantation bleeding.
