An armed robber known for his notoriety has met his Waterloo after heavy shootout with police operatives along Wamba Road in Akwanga, Nassarawa State. According to reports, the armed robber has been terrorizing residents of the area before a manhunt was launched for him and his gang members.

On seeing the policemen, the armed robber opened fire on them but was overpowered and gunned down by the security agents after heated gun battle.

His corpse was later taken away by the police as efforts are in top gear to apprehend his cohorts.

I am all for getting rid of armed robbers. But I will not support the killing of an innocent man.

If he is notorious,what then is he name?if he opened fire on you guys( term used when they kill extra-judicially) where then is the gun(s) and or the expended bullets or cartridges?

We have not heard the last of this story.
