RE- OSUN GUBER RACE; TINUBU DESERVES HONOUR.
Reading through your write up someone must actually deduces facts and at the same time ( logically) you have mentioned part of the reasons we don't want to listen to his voice again.
1. In 2003, only Tinubu survived the tricks of OBJ and he (Tinubu) started struggling to restructure AD which factually every member of AC appreciated and compensated him by unanimously adopted his candidate (Ogbeni) because he wasn't the best then but was the best to every member due to Tinubu's handwriting.
2. Tinubu has been compensated through Ogbeni by his decision to appoint 90% of lagosians as his cabinet members in his first tenure. And you could remember that party elders frown at Ogbeni then and he promised to appoint more Osun base in his second term but he repeated the same thing.
3. From 1999 till now in Lagos, if to be factual, after Tinubu's regime as the Governor of Lagos state, has Tinubu ever picked two governors in a senatorial district consecutively? What we are agitating for is balance equation, we don't hate him (Tinubu)
3. We sacrificed our lives in Osun to ensure the delivery of his (Tinubu) candidate (Aregbe), can Aregbe or Tinubu awake those who slept on the battle field because of them? Our leaders here in Osun were imprisoned maimed, destroyed, killed and incarcerated because of them (Aregbe, Tinubu & party).
Are we saying those people don't deserve to be honoured in this gubernatorial race or their voices are nowhere to be found?
4. His company (Tinubu) (alphabeta/infinite) headed by Alh. Gboyega Oyetola is in charge of Osun tax. How can we honour him again? Or we should handover Osun to him in totality?
5. Is it because he (Tinubu) laboured for party now we should allow injustice, Fairness and discrimination to destroy the party in the state?
6. Even God allocated authority to some of his lovers (prophets), must he (Tinubu) be at everywhere?
7. If the writer of this write up (Osun 2018; Tinubu deserves honour) is disadvantageous of the matter, in fairness to God and the real spirit of democracy, can you be convenient or satisfy with the issue?
Let's be factual with ourselves and call a spade a spade, too much of everything leads to destruction. Asiwaju needs to check himself on why his loyalists like Fayemi, Muiz Banire, Fashola, Akeredolu and co. are now competing with him.
You might not know, states in the southwest can win elections with little or no contribution of Asiwaju e.g, Ondo and Ekiti governorship elections. Something is wrong somewhere and he has to look back.
It's disheartening that Tinubu that we are emulating his political activities can not learn simple lessons from eagle. Eagle doesn't adamant with a leadership style, with time eagle changes it feathers to look different in every moment.
The question we should now be asking ourselves now is that why did his former strong allies turned to his greatest foe ?, why did Ogun, Ondo and Ekiti states challenge his political hegemony and domineering tendency ?.He remains our leader but care must be taken because not everybody can be a slave or must be very close to him to get or become something in life .........someone somewhere should check himself.
