I was about applying for MOBIL SCHOLARSHIP but the eligibility is a minimum of 5 distictions. please is grade 'B' inclusive or not?

Yes. But I hate that thing. B was introduced just a set before mine (1999). I had 2A and 6 Bs and 1C in my SSCE. If it was during A1, A2, A3 period, it would been 8As, 1C. The thing pain me

That would have made things a bit inflated. In secondary school we still had kids with 7A1s despite the differences. Lots of my classmates had 5A1 in WAEC, albeit these were really good students and most of them dominate the engineering departments at unilag.
