I'm not using 'wrong terminologies'; I've been watching the WC on ESPN since the beginning. These commentators have made several hateful comments: if you don't think calling a country wretchedly poor or acting as if a team isn't capable of being a treat because they haven't seen a cell phone before is offensive or ignorant, then we live on different planets.

They can be British from now 'til tomorrow but they are employed by an American corporation; you don't think they know what side they're bread is buttered?

If USA beats Algeria, and Slovenia and England draws, the 3 teams will tie on 5pts

England shd score 4 goals against Algeria if they really wanna qualify grin grin grin cos that game against Slovenia will be armageddon

This why a background should be checked on every ref. b/4 they officiate any match. FIFA should make sure that the ref does not have anything against either country. If you look at the background of this ref, i would not be surprised if his family members has bee deported from the US or he himself had been denied a visa to the US. Yeye man. He should be banned from officiating another match.

  There are some seriously qualified referees out there at home watching

she is right, american commentators like alexi lalas are way to arrogant when it comes to american chances in the group.   the USA needs to stop this habit of playing from behind if it wants to go far in the world cup

Though the US was robbed, they still have better chance to go to the next than England and Slovakia. Algeria is no problem for them. Is do or die between England and Slovakia. But on the other hand, you cannot predict. Algeria can spring surprise just like what Greece did to Nigeria, Mexico did to france, and Serbia did to Germany.

Probably the most entertaining match of the WC yet. . . . great play from both teams & the shooting was particularly good and accurate most times; a relief to watch after all the jabulani-induced eye-soring shots we'd seen in earlier games!

It would have capped off an incredible comeback, as US would have overcome a two goal deficit to take the lead in the 88th minute. Very poor ref. bad decisions all game.

He should not be allowed to officiate another games. The officiating for this game was a complete joke
