Outside Kwara, Saraki has zero influence. Even within Kwara his influence is exaggerated. We saw Kwara citizens in a spontaneous show of rejection stoning him in d mosque in Kwara. d people ar tired of Saraki. He might even lose Kwara depending on who APC candidate following Abdulfatah's woeful performance as Governor.
PMB won based on his alliance with South west progressives.
Without any merger in 2011, PMB had a good showing in Sokoto.

Gov Nyako of Adamawa state was removed by GEJ for decamping.

The thing is that the system has always been luckily in bukola's favor but this time around, na.... Bukola Saraki is not as popular as that in Kwara, wait till 2019 and see
