When on a diet, it is important to still get proper nutrition to power you through the day. This is where breakfast comes in.
It is not overstated that it is the most important meal of the day. Breakfast is vital and important, and even if you’re on a diet, it should not be skipped. It should, however, be nutritious and filling.
Here are some simple breakfast ideas for people on a diet.

Oatmeal
Oats are filling and healthy, but often boring. Have no fear, this is not just oatmeal.
You can add to the health index of this plain meal with some sliced apples, grapes, pineapples (and just about any fruit that catches your fancy). The fruits substitute for sugar, and some coconut milk can substitute for whole milk.
Finish off this rounded meal with some plain yoghurt, and you are set for the day.

Protein
Proteins are an excellent way of getting energy without filling up on carbohydrates. Plant proteins are easier to digest and healthier.
Start with some moi-moi, prepared with fish, tomatoes, plenty ginger and garlic with a side of sautéed vegetables. Balance this with some freshly squeezed orange juice (or a smoothie of your favourite fruits). This breakfast works most on weekends. Delicious and filling.

simple breakfast include
1. skimmed milk and Quaker oat
2.wheat bread and tea(Lipton and 1 tablespoon of skimmed milk)
3.plantain porridge with plenty vegetables(unripe)and minimal palmoil
4. 3 akara and akamu+skimmed milk
5. 3 cooking spoon of ewa goin and tiny oil or stew
6. cornflakes one cup and skimmed milk
8. one boiled sliced yam and stew with plenty fish
9. smoothie one large cup (plenty fruits.cucumbers and dash of unsweetened yoghurt)
10. toasted wheat bread and honey water

It depends on the diet...

Is it weight loss diet or diet for someone with an ailment??
