Well nothing much.... For medications... Leave that for now....only keep her clean and hygienic, make sure to keep her environment clean to avoid bacteria diseases etc... Most importantly watch her nipples and try cleaning that as much as possible with anti bacterial and disinfectants to prevent mastitis, u can use warm water to press the nipples gently as they get bigger..that's the only medications needed.... As for feeding in her early pregnancy stage, feed her with proteinous food like fish..etc.... Do not overfeed at early stage it can cause abortion..once it's second half of her pregnancy you can increase food ratio and you can add more edibles to her meal like meat, eggs, chicken...another scope ,feed her puppy food ...just that those foods are cost but it's actually good for the unborn litters. And make sure to always keep alot of clean water close to her, I mean really really clean...do not give her supplements except if it has " can also be given to pregnant dogs written on the supplement bottle... Supplements is not even necessary if she's eating good good things... The scope about feeding is to help the puppies grow to their full potentials so they will not end up looking like ekukes when they start growing... What's your dog breed tho ? That way I can know any better scope you can use... smiley

In addition to regular veterinary care, one thing I've read about is the importance of good nutrition for pregnant dogs. I've seen many recommendations that pregnant dogs should eat puppy chow, which contains denser nutrition than foods made for adult and senior dogs.

As her time approaches, she will need a whelping box or other enclosed space in which to deliver her puppies. It needs to be in a warm place, not accessible to drafts, and be cushioned with soft, washable materials, perhaps some old towels and blankets, and it should be in proportion to your dog's size. A small dog might need only a space as big as a dresser drawer. A large dog will need more space, but still not too much, because her puppies will need to remain very near to her for a couple of weeks.
