Glad to have read this on here. The very first time I had about this was 2013 when I have this lump on my right breast, wasn't one of the best time of my life tho. Under went series of tests, scans, and others, with the most painful being "fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC)". DAMN, that was the worst medical examination I've ever been through. The FNAC result wasn't that bad nor good either(C3), so an open biopsy was advised. Long story short, I had subcutaneous mastectomy on the February 10th 2015, went for histopathology the next day, and the result came out negative. Tho during counselling, met with some other patients that are already on chemotherapy. Breast cancer in men is real, but rare!

We were just friends but we lost contacts along the way actually, I don't think he died of it. My dear we move on in life, no one wants to remain at a spot.
