An 18-year-old girl identified as Zinatu Abubakar was nabbed by the police for allegedly drugging a commercial motorcycle operator aka Okada rider and attempted to snatch his motorcycle from him in Katsina State. The command’s Public Relations Officer, Gambo Isa, hinted journalists yesterday that the suspect belonged to a syndicate operating in the state.
