According to activist and political analyst, Josephine Akioyame, “PDP’s 60/40 is live and well. Governor Ortom will be its flagbearer for 2019. The agreement was set up so that incumbents have the right of first refusal. Forget about the noise. The fight was never about Ortom but about Gemade and other aspirants who piggybacked on Ortom to the PDP.

Thus, two ears hear the Rep for Otukpo/ Ohimini , Ezekiel Adaji wants back in. So is the Rep for Ado/Ogbadibo/Okpokwu, Hassan Anthony Saleh on the basis of incumbents’ right of first refusal.

Do not ever compare Putin to this Mark. Putin is and will be remembered by Russians as one of their greatest leaders. What has David Mark done for the decade plus he has been in power for his constituency. In a sane climate he would never have been elected for a second term.
