yeah but to ''fear'' glennbeck is a wee bit preposterous. how can they fire a woman without checking the facts just bc she might be on glenn beck as a topic? and still glenn beck made a topic of it, and even showed where she told cnn that the white house was concerned about glenn beck. ha!

recognise them, do your thing, check your facts and educate/inform your base. and stop assuming that people should be intelligent enough not to believe this nonsense bc people, including intelligent people, will believe a lot of trash.
Re: The Palin Effect by thameamead(f): 11:43am On Sep 27, 2010
The Job of the murdoch mafia is to get Mr Obama out of the white house, so its best Obama ignores them and focus on the economy.

pres-elect:

this is the problem with democrats, you think the voters are intellectuals, these people dont even know that it was under george bush that the banks were bailed out, there were 2 ''stimulus'' packages, one under bush and one under obama. these people dont know that, and u want to tell me they should know that jobs are last to recover in a recession, you think they are economists. i only knew that because i watch cable and listen to some analysts on cnbc. i once gave you a youtube link about protesters who couldnt even spell socialist nor did they know what it meant. you think its only republican voters that think that way? winston churchill said . . ''the greatest argument against a democracy is a 5 minute conversation with the average voter'' how true. so it is the duty of the leaders to explain in plain english how policy will affect him, otherwise another person will explain to them in plain english how a secret plan is being hatched in the white house to bring aliens from the moon to take over medicare and pentagon grin

I watched the Micheal Moore's film/documentary - Capitalism: The Love Story, i would urge republican and flooting voters to watch it, Obama is is not to blame for the financiail crisis, obama is damned if he does and damned if he does not, fingers and toes crossed for the democrats in Nov.

@thameamead,

I watched the Micheal Moore's film/documentary - Capitalism: The Love Story,
It takes a deliberate suspension of one's reasoning faculty to take Micheal Moore seriously. You mean the same person who has become a multi-millionaire by putting the principles of capitalism to work is now making more millions by condemning the same thing?

We can say the same for Glenn Beck, Hannity and O'Reilly.

@ thamemead, if you're expecting the "christian" right to comprehend facts then you're fighting a losing battle. Many of them think Obama is the fulfilment of bible prophecy as the anti-christ . . . if only they read their bibles more than they carry it around.

Davidyland,

Where, when and how has any of the people you listed here condemn capitalism?

@ thamemead, if you're expecting the "christian" right to comprehend facts then you're fighting a losing battle.
Since you are not one of the Christian Right you so abhor, you want to poit us in the right direction by providing facts to back up your statement above? Where did Glen Beck, Hannity and O'Reilly condemn capitalism has did Micheal Moore? Facts please, no bloviating.

So how many opinion have you sampled to come to this conclusion? I suppose you have some facts and figures to support this claim or is this another one of your "it is so because I said so" comments?

there is a difference between being a christian and being part of the "christian" right (i mean the "christian" taliban). You know the sadducees and pharisees who claim to be "christians" but spout the most vile hate towards the president despite what the bible tells them to do.

and as regards your "question" (really?) about where hannity and beck condemned capitalism . . . Tayo, i have better things to do than entertain such nonsense.

This is your problem. If some on the right call Obama a Nazi, you will come out swinging and crying racism. To think that you are guilty of the same thing you condemn. Christian Taliban? How innappropriate.

The truth is that your statement is blatantly false. You have been going around talking about facts and when you are asked to produce yours, you can only fillibuster.

@Tayo-D, Glen Beck has made millions from writing books, he's made millions from advertising gold, he's made millions from divide and rule, he's made millions from he's obama bashing so he's no different from Micheal Moore, make of what you will of Micheal Moore, he's film/documentary is to open the eyes of the people to what our called politicians and multonational companies get up to.

The Christian Rights or Christian Extremist or Christian Taliban basically use the religion card to prey on people's hope, they play the religion card when it suits them, one even reffered to Sarah Palin as Esther, what part of their bible says hate muslims, hate whoever does not agree with ur views, they are nothing but hypocrites.

I didn't know Palin's daughter was on dancing with the stars. Saw a news flash about it. Anyone watched and how's she boogeying? cheesy Mama Palin, by her name alone, has launched Bristol and her baby daddy into overnight stardom and future mega-earnings.

America is a wonderland I tell you!

trust Sarah Palin to want to cash in, all she wants is for the cash to keep rolling, she's quite clever, launching books she won't bother to read as long as their are morons waiting impatently to buy it, she was booed when she appeared on strictly to support her daughters, she was shocked to have bn booed, the look on her face when she was booed was priceless but the TV station said she was not booed but she was, sarah palin, now working as a consultant for Fox News, wow, its true America is a land of dreams. it was reported in the right wing media that she did not want her to appear on Dancing with the stars but it's absolute baloney, it was a PR spin, she probably asked to appear on it but she was going to pretend she did not want to appear on it, mother and daughter laughing all the way to the bank? what next? a reality show. her daughter earns £15,000 per apppearance.hmm

she's got her own agent and she gets $15,000, not sure how much she got paid for dancing with the stars but she certainly did not do it for free, did you see how members of a Tea Party stamped on a girls head in Alaska because she dared to ask a queustion. God help us,
