Tinubu's father is not a traditional ruler in another state.

How I wish other first term govs will face this kind of competition before going for second term. It will put them on their toes. Second term should not be a guarantee for any governor for the sake of democracy.

The party structure in Lagos decided to do direct primary. A direct means open invitation for party members with interest. If you are member of APC in Lagos and you can afford the form you are invited to contest as well. So there is nothing mystical or sinister about Hamzat submitting form.

As always, the politics will not be sweet without the drama. If there was no drama we will be too reasonable to fall for the deceit.

My point is that he is not from Lagos state. What of Lai Mohammed and his son, are they Lagosians too? Mr Folajimi Mohammed is a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, his father Lai is from Kwara state.

I still believe what is currently playing out is an attempt to shake Ambode up and force him to fall in-line with the desires of party leaders. This is really not about Tinubu as being speculated. Ambode has not done well in terms of returns to party leaders and they are fully out for him.

I agree. I feel that it is good for our governors to go through this manner of competition before they get too carried away.

The Abuja APC cabals wants to collect Lagos from that cocaine sniffing yellow teeth frog eye thief. They did it in Ondo, Ekiti and Kogi. Their footsoldiers include fashola and Amosun.
