Prosecuted and jail for what? What if after prosecution, he was not found guilty,

Learn to respect rule of laws, putting Fayose under any house arrest, before the expiration of his tenure as a sitting Governor would only result into strong abuse of his immunity, and disrespect to our constitution. After 15th October, like he rightly said, Fayose becomes an ordinary citizen with no immunity to enjoy

Yea we all know but there's no law that warrants what he's doing right now.
No one submits himself/herself for questioning except on invitation by the agency.
