Enugu remains to me the most underrated city in Nigeria. If you haven't lived there, you will never understand. I have lived in Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt, Calabar and Enugu, Enugu remains my number city...in everything: road network, calm/peace, traffic light, cleanliness, friendly and sensible people, pro sport and fitness, mountains and hills, lush vegetation/greenery and most importantly the people have a sense of belonging and pride for their city; as in "042"

Let the same thing be replicated in nsukka because nsukka is really a ghetto

What's wrong with those places you mentioned,all those places have their roads tarred..We still have Acharalayout,Meniru,One-day, Transekulu, independence layout,Topland,Gariki, Maryland,Old and New GRA.All these places I mentioned are decent and most streets there are tarred.The only places you can find ghetto in Enugu are coal camp/asata,obiagu and some parts of akpakpa and all their inner streets are tarred.. Enugu is not over hyped,it's cool city on it's own.

You're right. Chime remain the best governor. I went to Enugu few weeks ago, couldn't see any new infrastructures apart from what former governor did.

Went to Abakpa, it's still in sorry state. Dont know why they are hyping that failure.

It's not Over hyped. The city was designed by the British.
Today that our own town planning have taken over, it's a disaster coz they have no good plan and when they write stop work on an unapproved project and receive bribe, the city keeps getting out of shape.
