I remembered in 2012 when we had to ferry our car across the Lokoja - Abuja road instead of going through Benue state.

We should stop complaining over bad leaders at this moment, but we should begin to pray for this country.

God help us in this country!

If this is happening in kogi state only God knows what Lagos and most part of the Niger delta would be like in 10years from now with the rising sea level..People need to stop blocking drainages and sandfilling waterways cos there's enough land to go round

undecided undecided

Good for them & serves them right.

They go & buy land on river banks
& flood plains to erect houses.

The river will certainly reclaim its banks
at every rainy season.

They called it “ River Lokoja” in the report, when we all know that this is RIVER NIGER , one of the greatest rivers in the world and at it’s Confluence with River Benue at Lokoja.

People need to pay attention to flood zones before they buy land and build.
