That assertion is totally true.Unfortunately Buhari that even graced our national life based on the lopsided & defective quota system then in the army dont have regard for our constitutional regard for same. Nigeria have never have so a bigoted,nepotic,tribal,clannish & insensitive ruler as this lifeless man. |

Buhari has only exposed the fact that Nigerians are cowards. In the Western world,,Asia,the Americas and even some parts of North Africa,massive protests against his unrivalled incompetence in all sectors would have forced him to resign or compelled the military to boot him out and new elections ordered without him. Trash, the President has the Constitutional Powers to appoint who ever he wants, into sensitive positions such as the DSS. This is a common practice, globally. If you don't like it, go hang yourself.
