have you tried Joy2key instead? free and easy to understand

The process is too long, it can't be explained without u not seeing it, just go to YouTube instead the tutorial video is there

I use it for left 4 dead 2,very good... Especially to set mouse sensitivity to my right analog, if you play left for dead you know aiming is everything.. Else you die.
Though I use Xbox 360 config for the rest of my games, it's easier, though some games don't support it(mostly old, optimized or valve games)
