It is important to understand that INEC must, by all means, deliver a FREE and FAIR election.

*INEC did not say voters shouldn't come with electronic gadgets to Polling Units
*INEC simply barred Voters from entering the Polling Booth, not the Polling Unit with Phones

The ban only applies from the period when you collect your ballot papers, mark them, and drop them in the ballot box.

NOTE; YOU CAN STILL BRING YOUR PHONES TO THE POLLING UNIT
