The claim of the poster is doubtful.

The citizens in the video were not running like there was any threat to their safety. Also, there was no reference to the part of the state where the purported shooting took place

We need to be careful with what we put in the public domain. There is no point heating up the already charged atmosphere.
I witnessed it, it happened around 1pm in Ile-Ife, the men were seen marching towards the AP area from Mayfair shooting sporadically in the air; their aim, we don't know.

You meant to say that there wasn't supposed to be security agents on ground so that both pdp and apc thugs could start killing one another and other electorates?
