My android phone is always charging 247 even it's unplugged from power source.

The phone is a Zpad product

Funny enough it is discharging in the process.
Has anyone experience this in his or her android phone?

Which one is a Zpad? Buy brands that have parts readily available or that can be repaired easily na. Tecno, Infinix have Carlcare, Gionee have repair shops too.
