Can someone tell me/show me how the content of Haepler blood capsule looks like?

Because what I found in the capsule surprised me. It looks like an ashes.

It all happens when I treated malaria some weeks ago and after the treatment I started using this blood capsule which have been reacting on my body. So I decided to check the content of the capsule what I found in the capsule is scaring.
