Bayelsa political heavy weight and former Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission, Chief Ndutimi Alaibe, today, returned home to the fold of the People’s Democratic Party ahead of the party’s national convention schedule tomorrow in Port Harcourt.

In a close door ceremony held in his honour in Government house, Yenagoa, Chief Alaibe was received by Governor Seriake Dickson and leaders of the PDP.
