It was all joy as Sir Chikwe Udensi emerged winner in the just concluded Abia State All Progressives Grand Alliance Governorship primaries election. Sir Udensi who pulled a total of 563 votes to defeat Alex Otti who scored 57 votes. The result as collated was announced by Prof Uhuegbu who is the returning Officer for the election. He exercised his powers as enshrined in the party constitution as amended to declare Sir Chikwe Udensi the Winner of the Election. The agent of Alex Otti Mr Joel Eze accepted and signed the result as announced. he congratulated Sir Udensi, and attested to the freeness and fairness of the election. He pledged to support Sir Chikwe Udensi to ensure that PDP is deafest at the general elections In 2019. The State Chiarman Of the party Prince Nnanna Ukaegbu thanked the NWC, INEC and SWC members for their tireless effort towards the success and peaceful conduct of the election.
