A federal high court sitting in port-harcourt has nullified the purported congresses that produced Mr.Ojukaye Flag Amachree led Faction of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rivers state.

The judgement affects all wards,LGAs and state executives.

For disobeying an initial court order,the court also set aside all Governorship,senatorial,house of representatives and house of assemby primary elections conducted through indirect means by the Ojukaye-led state executives/delegates.

Recall that the Ojukaye led state delegates voted Tonye Dele Cole as its governorship aspirant in an indirect primary election days ago.
