Recall how he single-handedly closed down the Courts and by extension the Judiciary in Rivers State over who becomes the Chief Judge of the state during his second term and last one year of his administration?

Same scenario is about to play out as two Courts would soon rule on same matter with different judgments.

The State High Court nullified the APC congresses and knowing the personality of the former governor, one can predict for free his next line of action.

1. Rivers APC (Amaechi) would likely return to the FHC that issued a perpetual injunction restraining the NWC from removing the State Exco and the judge would simply reaffirm its earlier injunction and order INEC to accept list from that exco in contravention of the High Court ruling.
