We are talking about contracts awarded and not paid for you are showing DMO. Are they the same thing? Respond to the contracts awarded and not paid for which Obiano as a matter of fact has started paying off

Why are you sounding like an illiterate, in simpler terms, you spent 8 years as governor, towards the end of your tenure, you rushed and started awarding contracts thereby incuring debt for the next administration, then you rush to media to announce you left 75 billion in the coffers (which is false according to your successor) without mentioning the liabilities.

Just in case you are lazy to read the article:
