With Federal government trying to bring a policy to limit the number of children born by a mother, Delta state based radio presenter, Michael Effiong also known as MikeMike wrote via twitter that the govt should focus more on education than making policy against the wish of the people.

Same thing I've been saying. When people are educated, they'll naturally learn and grow to do the right thing.

How can you teach birth control in the midst of uneducated people who can barely sign a bank teller?

We just go all around complicating issues while ignoring those that matter.

Ordinary vaccination (a primary school subject), the federal government of today still assign billions of Naira on campaign and enlightenment programmes. The money you fail to spend on upgrading our schools, you end up spending double on educating overgrown and already-indoctrinated illiterates.

Yeye.
This guy does not know that even the China he is talking about had a strict one-child policy till about five years when it was relaxed to two children.

Even now, you can only have two children if one of the parents was an only child.

That means that if you have two children, your kids are bound by law to have only one child unless they marry someone who is an only child.
