You will be surprised at the appreciable level of closeness the present government has with the people at the grassroot, especially via meeting their needs. This is not unconnected to efforts of the Ajimobi-led administration channeled towards reaching them through the LCDAs and LGAs.

Pictures below show the well-staffed and functional Lagun General Hospital, overseeing 11 other Primary Healthcare centers (PHC), all of which tend to the medical needs of men, women, children, and the aged in the 190 towns, villages and hamlets under Lagelu North LCDA. The present leadership of the LCDA under Hon. Taofeek Arowomole, had also ensured that these communities have easy access to the hospital either via a tarred road or graded roads that were once mere footpaths.

Just like all other PHCs under LCDAs, they also enjoy the ₦300,000 monthly drug subvention as obligated by the state government, which contributes to their smooth running.

On their lips, the people sing nothing else but APC APC APC!
