1 Nigerian Defense Academy, Kaduna(North West)
2. Armed Forces command and staff college, Jaji, Kaduna(North West)
3. Armed forces school of infantry, Jaji, Kaduna(North West)
4. Defense Industries cooperation of Nigeria, Kaduna (North West)
5. 401 Air force flying training school, Kaduna (North West)
6. Airforce institute of technology, Kaduna (North West)
7. National Defense college, Abuja ( North Central)
8. Army War college, Abuja ( North Central)
9. Police Academy, Wudil, Kano (North West)
10. Nigerian Naval college, Onne, Portharcourt (South South)
11. Nigerian Army University Biu, Borno (North East)

At a time where all defense chief's are from one region and religion, is it the case that there's no land in the south or the southerners are not important when it comes to security in the country? That Buratai had to take it to his village, to a region that already has 9 defense academies. This decision leaves a sour taste in the mouth, and one can only ask, WHY

In Nigeria institutions eventually get dominated by locals and this is easily seen by examining the place of origin of all VCs of federal universities.

If 10/11 of all defence academy/institutions are located in the north then we shouldn't be surprise at what is going in Nigeria security-wise.

It didn't stop the north from having the highest poverty rate and out of school children in the world? Did it

Bad as e bad, Nigeria becomes a mostly Islamic country but does that affect me individually the way the price of garri in the market does? Or the way insecurity and corruption has ruined the reputation of the country?

Sometimes you can't help but feel that Nigerians limit themselves with the way they think.
