This is a clear indication that though we've been led to believe otherwise, the Nigerian Army is a very effective and highly intelligent one, but they are complicit in the killings that are happening across Nigeria. If they can find a missing general with such accuracy and persistence, I am sure they know who is behind Boko Haram, Fulani Herdsmen and the rest.
