The Executive Governor of Bayelsa State His Excellency Rt Hon Henry Seriake Dickson will be recognized on his Effective Leadership and Economic Development alongside other top influential personalities across Africa at the 2018 Africa Value Awards scheduled to hold on November 17th, at Nigeria Air Force Conference Center, Abuja. Nigeria.

The Executive Governor who is among the honoree for African Value Awards received the award ceremony management team ahead of the event.

The prestigious award established to recognise African citizens and also honour Governors, Legislators, Captains of Industrials and other esteemed Africans in various fields of endeavours while President of Rwanda, His Excellency Paul Kagame will also be receiving an award.

Africa Value Award (AVA) is a brain child of the Value Reorientation and Reorientation and Developmental Initiative Africa (VARDIAFRICA) in partnership with other International Organizations established to recognize individuals, organizations that has positively projected the Value of the African Continent in terms of Economic development, Youth empowerment, Community development, Educational development, Quality service delivery, Humanitarian services, and encouraged peaceful coexistence

According to the Chairman of the Planning Committee, Amb Daniel N Obah; “Abuja Nigeria will be playing host to African leaders. Recipients of these award are selected across Africa. This is one way of recognising influential citizens of African descent who have contributed immensely to the development of Africa continent.” He also stated that VARDIAFRICA is an organization that promotes African Value, Excellence, Economic and youth empowerment with the main purpose of making the world see the good in Africa.

For what exactly if I may ask?�� Come to Bayelsa and see how bad it is in this state considering the large allocation and 13% oil derivation they get from federal government. Governor Dickson is not only clueless but a wicked and heartless governor. I won’t be wrong if I call him the worse governor in the whole of Nigeria. Considering how small the state is, Bayelsa is supposed to be better of. Even the capital city, sorry capital village yenegoa is an eyesore. I won’t even mention how bad it is with electricity. Because saying it’s bad it’s an understatement. It is fucking WORSE

Honestly, it's Amazes me.
Nigerian loves celebrating crooks and people who persecutes and robs them blind, i don't know if it"s fear, poverty or sheer Ignorance that makes them behave in such manner
