I know there is topic on women trying to conceive but most times the guy is the infertile one and coming from our cultural background the woman takes blame. I believe this thread will help identifying the dos and donts of helping a woman conceive.

How do you know you are giving or doing the right thing - your shi t could be watery as you are not eating the right stuff or execrising the right way

What should men be doing?
Women have more to think about than men. . . . .Apart from the fact that a man must produce healthy semen strong enough to fertilize, there's little he can do to influence the outcome.

Whereas, a woman must think about her womb, eggs, fallopian tubes, latent infections, fibroids, chemical balance, hormonal balance, etc.

I believe the need for this thread is hiden in your your argument - Without the healthy sperm the highlighted cannot or will not fulfil its purpose. So a man need to play his own part - by eating and execrising right.

And i am saying that is only 5% of the whole shebang. . . .
Even a man with the most healthiest semen won't bear a child if one of the female reproductive schitzo is faulty and women have MANY!!!

the first step is always to run a test on both couples to know or clear any medical hurdles that might impede successful treatment or chances
