Zik mausoleum was started by Obasanjo in the year 2002 although it was later abounded by Obj and Yar'Adua Jonathan continued the project in 2010 it was 87% under Jonathan before he handed over

The pics you post have false dates transposed on them.

Obasanjo started the project, my school All Hallows Seminary school share the same fence with Zik's house, it was started by OBJ later abounded, it was GEJ that started the project 2010
