the DPO should be locked up for abuse of office, this woman is useless and entitled,i have looked closely at that picture, her benz c class is off the road ,in fact she was driving on a packing line, the jeep was clearly on the road, she should pay for his car damage, then secondly why would you go and grab somebodies phone or wallet without his consent, that is thieving, for entering his car without permission that is trespassing ,and if she claimed that he slapped her and she has witness to that then the driver of the jeep should be charged for assault or two of them charged for what is called two fighting or disturbing the peace.

GisterBlogger:
A lawyer has narrated a horrific encounter she had with another road user. The lady, simply known as @thefitlawyerr on twitter, said she was assaulted at link bridge by a driver who scratched her car.

She said the Police interfered in the matter and and told the driver to go, blaming her.

According to the lady, she is an international law student and she said Nigeria is not an ant, not to talk of being the giant of Africa, compared to other African countries.

Read her story below.

Nigerian women never get tired of playing the victim-card?
Why is she trying to whip up feminist sentiments?
The police have rightly told her this is a no-issue.
But if she wants NwaAmaikpe's judgement, here it is;

1). She was wrong for confronting the driver of a Toyota Prado SUV who merely scratched her rickety C-class.
You have to give honour to whom honour is due on the streets.

2). She was wrong to go over to him and seize his phone and go as far as taking his wallet. That is theft.

3). She was wrong to even obstruct traffic on a major bridge because her car was hit. That was a selfish decision and ultimately a violation of the traffic code.

4). She was wrong to be carrying such potentially dangerous fingernails. A good lawyer could proof that those nails are weapons capable of inflicting bodily harm.

Lastly;
5). She was wrong to bring this matter to social media. If she wants redress, she should visit a competent court of law.

If Nigeria was really a country, a woman who is not even a citizen won't dare challenge a man on the street and obstruct traffic.
Besides, she won't be able to even tweet this because she'd be in a police cell for driving a car without plate numbers.
People like you don't know your rights and allow your frustrated ass be oppressed by the so called "high status class".

the Mercedes Benz is at fault !!

since u have allowed the suv to enter with all his head ,. why move your vehicle forward when u can easily move a bit to the right , any hit from behind , u are at fault !!

besides in the kin issue u park away from the road and come down from the car, since it's afternoon on a safe route too.

Nonsense!
2 wrongs here,.

scratched on driver side, you are still claiming you are right? Where did u learn driving from?
Mr Jeep came down to slap someone.. thats an assault....
Madam Benz came out to snatch wallet and phone.., attemped stealing.
This is not about Nigeria, Combination of Impatient, stubbornness, reckless driving, traffic violation, public disturbance, breach of peace and order, assaulting, attempt theft....lol

If you press charges both of you are paying fine or going to jail

If she happened to be your wife, will you say all these jargons?

You obviously know nothing about driving because if u do u will know the car behind is at fault. Also why judging from just one side of the story?
OkaNaUbe:
In Nigeria, the richer you look (car, dress etc) Police will 'judge' a case in your favour.

Trust me, if the woman were driving the Prado SUV and the other man, Mercedes C class, the case would have been in favour of the woman.

My problem with the writeup is trying to link women with the whole shit. Nobody is safe in Nigeria, both men and women, old and young. Men have been bashed and beaten in traffic, it's not a new thing.

This lady blew things out of proportions here.

I weep for ladies like you. Nigerian women are their own worst enemies.
Someone hits your car and comes down and slaps you first, and you opened your mouth to say that the lady blew things out of proportion. May God have mercy on you. cry cry cry

Why did she lock herself in her vehicle, and acting like the world owes her an apology, maybe you haven't driven in Lagos b4, but I have and if your paint job doesn't get scratched by another driver then it's a miracle

Shut up. Don’t judge one sided story. How are you sure all what she said is true. She may be the one at fault
