Following the political terrain of Nigeria, it's very glaring that Ibo's can't easily rule Nigeria for the next 16years.

Considering this Two scenarios
-- If Ibo's support atiku and he won,that means he will spend 8years as president,making the northern years of uninterrupted rule 12years and the next president will definitely be a westerner or even a northerner again.

--- if they support Buhari and he won, power is coming back to west after buhari second term. North will never align with east but if they support Buhari they have a high chance of raising the APC flag by 2023,although they can't win the primary election ( This is an agreement between the west and the north that produce buhari as president. ( Nnnadi kanu know this and that why he prefer a referendum)

Their minority title isn't helping them atall, an they look more divided between themselves..
Western Nigeria has the region producing the president by voting calculation since democracy.

This is my projection about the years to come In Nigeria political sphere.. .....

What does the Ibo nation wants?
Re: Ibo's Can't Rule Nigeria For Next 16years by Donelli: 8:55am On Nov 19, 2018
@OP royal200,
IPOB did not start this year, so suggesting that the call for referendum is due to those things you listed is false.
In one sentence, elections in Nigeria have always been fraudulent so IPOB will not identify with it.

@Born2Breed,
What the Igbo nation wants is a level playing field but we know that's not going to happen. Do not equate the activities of political jobbers and sycophants to the Igbos, it's their selfish interest they are fighting for.

Most Igbos don't care about the presidency of Nigeria or 2023. The Presidency has not helped those who have had it in the past and it won't help Igbos either.

The Presidency of Nigeria has become more of a curse than a blessing

since atiku is more north why has he and the pigs given up on winning his home region northeast where he hails from. The best he prays for is 35% at home, is he then an outcast (osu)

What does the Ibo nation wants?

Why agonising over what 'Ibo' want or don't want? How is it your business?

If anyone thinks Ndigbo are one of those groups that obsess and scheme how to control the presidency 24/7, then they don't know us? Those that think that way, how has their greed and thirst for power changed the fortunes of their people in particular and Nigeria in general?

There are some that have had a disproportionate chance to govern/rule Nigeria, and seeing the mess they've made of it, it's obvious their obsession about controlling the keys to Aso Rock is anything but noble!

One get confused when you see some agitating for the actualization of Biafra and others for Presidency.

Until there is unity and speaking with ONE voice,these people will continue to use you to play ping pong.

una no dey tire? Obasanjo was president for 8 years but did that make yorubas better than igbos? Yaradua was president but did that make hausas better than igbos? Buhari has been president for almost 4 years and in this time, are the hausas better than igbos? The answer to all these questions is NO.
Igbos don't care about who is president but about level playing field. Igbos don't care about your presidency.
