To be quite honest, I see neither the South West nor the core North agreeing to truly support an Igbo presidency for as early as 2023, no matter how the South East votes next February.

As the saying goes, some people have been 'shaking the table too much.'

Apex Igbo Organization, Ohanaeze Ndiigbo has stated that it has not officially endorsed any Presidential Candidate yet.

It will be recalled that the organization made headlines recently when it welcomed the Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar but speaking to newsmen on Monday in Enugu, the group's Spokesman, Mr Chuks Ibegbu said that the group will formally declare support for a candidate in January 2019.

PoliticsNGR further gathered that Ibegbu asked Nigerians to reject politicians that have nothing to offer them and those that have kept them in suffering over the years.

He also warned INEC against any form of electoral malfeasance calling on voters to vote and secure their votes.

"Nobody should take Nigerians for a ride this time with fake promises," Ibegbu noted.

He insisted that Ohanaeze has not yet adopted or endorsed any Presidential candidate but will meet early in January to decide on Igbo political trajectory and direction.

The real reason is that Atiku who they have hope to chukwu just released six years plan, meaning no presidency for any obi, emeka, ikechukwu or chukwudi in a very near future. The hope that the chief looter will hand over to them in 2023 is no longer certain and guarantee. These are the reasons behind the earlier selling of the land and the latest reselling proposal. As events continue to unfold we will see more of their summersault. But, at the end majorities of them carrying atikulating abediently on their heads will certainly revert to 'no lefelendum no eraction' when it becomes clear to them that Atikulooter actually is aticulating their foolishness.
