Everyone does not have the same level of intelligence. There are people who are comfortable being led by an illiterate. You don't expect highly educated people in that crowd. Everyone doesn't have same level of Knowledge or exposure. Some people are just salary earners. They don't know the direction of the economy except when they want to price food stuffs.
