hey guys, i need help. i have bb tour 9630 from sprint, everything is working perfectly okay but the issue here is that i cant check my airtime balance nor recharge my account. each time i tried dialing *556# to check my account balance it dials as if i want to make a call. and at the top of my screen where network should appear, it show activation required,  pls i need help.
