If a third party can withdraw money from your account without a checkbook and without using an ATM if s/he: (a) connives with bank officials and personally withdraw money over the counter by completing withdrawal forms; (b) steals your account details, including security passwords/pass codes and transfer money electronically; (c) forges your signatures; and (d) impersonates you, to mention a few.

2. How did he (the alleged fraudster) get his (customer's) account number? [/b]The female cashier divulged the bank customers account numbers.
